If you are looking for something more than oyster patties, mini muffalettas and jambalaya let the creators of Zea Rotisserie & Bar, Semolina Delivered and Rib Lab plan a menu just for you. The inspiration for Taste Buds Catering and Events grew out of our restaurant patrons interest in having us cater their private affairs.  We began to cater by request only and well, before we knew it, we were catering for events regularly.  With great dishes from our three very different concepts, we decided to serve our award winning recipes at our catered affairs.  As interest grew, so did our menu.  You’ll find favorites from both restaurants and new recipes specifically crafted offering the most unique menus available.

We offer both private banquet rooms and offsite catering services specializing in wedding receptions, corporate barbecues, social gatherings and school functions.  We can host events in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette and across the Gulf Coast.  We can provide everything you need to host a spectacular event including superior service staff, complete set-up and all table necessities.  By allowing us to take care of every element you’re free to enjoy your party.

The “Buds”

Chef/Owners The year 1990 brought Hans Limburg, Greg Reggio, and Gary Darling together as collaborating chefs and eventually the creators of award winning restaurants, Semolina and Zea Rotisserie & Bar.  With six hands, three minds, and more taste buds than you can shake a pepper at, these three energetic chefs, pushed the limits of taste in the industry and now they are doing it through Taste Buds Catering & Events.
